Join Our Parent Teacher League

The PTL is a support group for our school made up of parents. Each school parent, Preschool and Grades K-8 is automatically a member and eligible to serve in its various ministries.  Through our PTL, parents provide many hours of volunteer time assisting teachers and helping school programs function smoothly.  PTL provides financial support to several programs through fund-raising events throughout the year, seeks to promote a positive school community through social events, and provides social and emotional support for families to help parents in their important task of Christian parenting.

Hope PTL promotes a family-friendly environment and raises more than $30,000.00 to:
  • Assist with School Purchases such as Computers, Library Books, Athletic Uniforms and Classroom Manipulatives
  • Support Classroom Needs with P.E. Equipment, Wood Chips for the Playground, Smart Boards, and Chromebooks
  • Host School Events like Grandparents Day, Ice Cream Socials, Preschool Year of Growth, and Academic Awards

 

Annual Volunteer Hours

Each school family is required to help out with a minimum of 20 hours of volunteering each year.  Volunteer hours are managed by our Gradelink system.  We promote an inviting environment and many opportunities for parents to get involved and experience the joy of serving.  There are many ways to earn these hours, opportunities are listed in  the weekly  PTL Bulldog Bulletin and/or visit the PTL calendar with dates of Fundraisers and Events.  Additionally, monthly PTL meeting are listed on our calendar, we invite you to join us to during the school year to support and learn more about Hope PTL.

Paying Tuition and Fees

Hope Lutheran School tuition payments are due the 15th of the month.  Tuition is divided into 10 monthly installments beginning August 15th, and last payment on May 15th.  Tuition payments received after the 20th of the month are assessed a late fee.

Please use the links below to pay tuition online or visit our main office Monday-Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm.  You can also complete the Automatic Withdrawal form to have your payment automatically withdrawn each month.  Any questions regarding tuition payments can be directed to adminoffice@hopeglendora.org.

Gradelink

Gradelink is a fully integrated online grading, attendance, parent participation and school administration system. With Gradelink students and parents can stay well informed on the progress at school. Your child’s Gradelink login information will be provided to you by our school office.

In addition, Hope Lutheran School uses Gradelink as a communication tool, teachers and staff use Gradelink to email parents with important information.  Download the Gradelink app to your smart phone or device and have important information at your fingertips!
