Gradelink is a fully integrated online grading, attendance, parent participation, and school administration system. Students and parents stay informed on student progress, access grades, may communicate with teachers and receive attendance information. Login information will be provided by our school office at Round Up in August.
Each school family is required to help out with a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer work each year. Volunteer hours are managed by our Gradelink system. We promote an inviting environment and many opportunities for parents to get involved and experience the joy of serving. There are many ways to earn these hours. Opportunities are listed in the weekly PTL Bulldog Bulletin and/or on the PTL calendar with dates of fundraisers and events. Additionally, there is a monthly PTL meeting. Everyone is invited to join and contribute ideas and services during the school year.
Hope Lutheran School tuition payments are due on the 15th of each month. Tuition is divided into 10 monthly installments beginning August 15th, with the last payment due on May 15th. Tuition payments received after the 20th of the month are assessed a late fee.

The PTL is a support group for our school made up of parents and teachers. All parents, Preschools - 8th grade are automatically members and eligible to serve in various activities ministries. Through our PTL, parents provide many hours of volunteer time assisting teachers and helping school programs function smoothly. PTL provides financial support to several programs through fund-raising events throughout the year, seeks to promote a positive school community through social events, and provides social and emotional support for families to help parents in their important task of Christian parenting.
