At Hope Lutheran Church and School, we believe that education should be grounded in faith and values. Our teachers are dedicated to providing the best opportunities for all of our students to learn, grow, and thrive not only in academics, but also in their faith.
We believe that learning in a Christ-centered environment is the best place for students to thrive, learn to think critically, communicate effectivly and grow as independent lifelong learners as they grow surrounded by love, safety, and support from their teachers. Elementary Students and all other age groups are treated as "Precious Children of God" and are encouraged to explore their individual talents and abilities.

Student/teacher ratio is approximately 14:1.
Small class sizes alone will not guarantee a child’s education will be superior, however, our exemplary teachers go above and beyond, striving to deliver interesting lessons that ensure curricular content is well-learned rather than merely checked off a list of state standards.

Continuing Christ's Mission to Make Disciples
We wouldn’t be a Christian school without daily devotions and religion classes. At Hope Lutheran all children are taught God’s word. It permeates each subject and is not confined merely to daily classroom devotions, the religion period, or weekly chapel services. Working through the Word, the Holy Spirit plants and nourishes faith in the hearts of Hope teachers and students. The demands of God’s law are realized, but more importantly, the saving Gospel offers comfort. Children are urged to make the very best use of their God-given abilities. Through our teaching, we try to prepare them to become responsible stewards of the unique gifts God has given them, and in so doing, the Holy Spirit enables them to lead a joy-filled Christian life that becomes a thanksgiving to God.
Our curriculum is decisively planned by teachers to help our students develop their love of learning with academic rigor and flexibility based on student needs.
Above all, anything taught at Hope Lutheran School will be consistent with Biblical truth and the doctrine of the LCMS. As a private Christian center school, Hope has a challenging, engaging, and relevant curriculum informed by best practices and innovations from both public and private schools.
We use God’s Word, emerging research, established best practices, and our expertise, among other things, to guide the development of our curriculum. It is at the curriculum level that discussions are made about learning materials (textbooks and novels) and learning activities (projects and assignments). The curriculum is taught by teachers who love Jesus and who are on the frontline in helping students develop their relationship with their Savior.

At Hope Lutheran School, we believe that all students are created with their own God-given talents and strengths. Our elementary students are able to participate in music, physical education, sports, art, drama, and technology.

The days of lecture only lessons are gone. Children live in a world where information is freely available online. Love for learning still exists in all children, but it needs to be reinforced with hands-on activities and technology. Hope Lutheran School offers students the opportunity to work with a variety of different devices at all grade levels to enhance their learning experience and build real-life skills.

Hope Lutheran inspires personal creativity by allowing students to explore the arts.

Every student learns about cooperation, basic motor skills, teamwork, and a variety of complex physical activities as they relate to fitness, conditioning, and sports.
All classes take several fieldtrips throughout the year, where students get to expeience hands on learning outside of the classroom.
